Well, what happened is that the last two episodes of season 3 couldn't be released on Newgrounds because the original files were over 100MB in size, causing them to take a long time to load.
My apologies. Would you like me to upload the last two episodes on Newgrounds, but not in the original quality, or would you like me to try uploading them again?

I have never released something to the Movie Portal and for me the 'Upload File'-text reads as follows:
"Flash Movie (swf) up to 250 MB
Video File (mp4,mov,avi,m4v,ogg,ogv,wmv,mkv,webm,flv,3gp) up to 10,000 MB
HTML5 Archive (zip) up to 2,500 MB"
If the limit is 'really' 100 MB for you, you should talk to one of the Moderator about that or ask in the forums - because that sounds odd.
